Gas, electricity, water and telephone charged separately - deducted from security deposit.

Guest are expected to leave the property as they found it. – a charge will be made for cleaning, if required, and deducted from security deposit.

The cost of any breakages or damage will be deducted from the security deposit.

25% deposit (non refundable) due on booking. Full balance due 8 weeks before holiday.

A security deposit of £300 is required, due for payment with balance of rental.

Late bookings (less than 8 weeks) - Full amount due on booking.
We recommend you take out insurance to cover any losses due to unforeseen circumstances.

Changeover day is usually Saturday. To allow for preparation between guests, the house will be available from 4.00 pm on the date of arrival. You should vacate the house by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
